Newborn Session in Sudbury, MA


Photographing newborns is such an honor and a pleasure. It is a major milestone in a family's life and it comes with so many emotions. As a mom myself, I understand the need for these sessions to be stress free, relaxed and not rushed. Newborns need frequent feedings and diaper changes. Siblings are adjusting to their new 'older sibling' status and that sometime comes with BIG feelings. And mom is recovering from childbirth with all the emotions and physical changes that come with such a huge transition. All that to say... I get it and I'll be there to help ease the process and capture this amazing milestone with the patience and grace needed to get the most out of your session.

This recent newborn session in Sudbury, MA was for a new family of four and included a set of grandparents. Big brother was NOT into the photographs until the very end. We were able to capture all the solo photos of baby Sophia with her parents, grandparents, and alone. When we had a brief moment when big brother decided he wanted to get in on the photos, we jumped and got a some beautiful images for the family to mark this moment in time. I loved every second of working with this family and can't wait to witness these kiddos grow over the years.
