Tis the Season....

The holiday season is upon us! For a photographer, that means family photo sessions with a holiday twist. Whether your session goals is for a holiday card, a family tradition or both, I love capturing the merriment! As you will in the photos below, my favorite spot for holiday themed photos is at Mistletoe Christmas Tree Farm. I offer mini-sessions for one day only where families can quickly get their holiday photos sorted. Traditionally, these mini-sessions occur in October so follow my insta (@lisawest_photos) for the announcement of when the 2025 bookings open. They tend to sell out quickly and are very popular!

I also offer private, full family sessions at Mistletoe for families that would like a longer session. The beauty of Mistletoe with it's red barn, lovely pond and rows of trees is that not all of your photos need to be holiday themed. There are plenty of spots to get a autumn vibe to your photos as well. Its's the best of both worlds!

Beyond Mistletoe, there are many barns and rustic buildings in the Metrowest that can make a great backdrop for your holiday portraits. I am happy to help guide you on location options to find a place that fits your vision. Your outfits can also play heavily into giving your portraits a holiday feel. Plaids or buffalo check in reds and greens topped with a cute hat and scarf and you are there! Get some outfit inspo in the photos below.
