The Process.....
I realize you have a lot of choices in photographers so I am always honored when someone chooses me to capture their most important people and moments. I will never take that for granted and I work very diligently to ensure my clients are happy with their experience. Other than on mini-session days, I do not book appointments back to back. I want each session to feel relaxed, and I never want clients to feel I am rushing through their sessions to get to the next one. I strive to provide my clients a boutique photography studio experience at accessible pricing.

Book your session
You've made it to my website and chosen me as your photographer. From my Booking page, select the session type that matches your needs and then select the date/time for your session. You will review and sign a contract for my services and make your payment. Payment is due at the time of booking to block your time on my schedule. If you have a location already picked out, you can add that to your booking. Otherwise, we will work together to find a location that works for your vision of your photo session. Sessions can be rescheduled, if needed but I do ask you give me 48 hour notice when possible.

Complete your questionnaire
Approximately two weeks prior to your scheduled session, you will receive a questionnaire to help me learn about you, your family, your wants for the session, location choice and more. This helps me get to know you, your vision/wants for the photo session and prepare to deliver the images you are hoping for. This is a great opportunity to let me know anything you are concerned about or if there is anything someone is self-conscious about. It is so important to me that you feel like your vision has been heard and that everyone is comfortable and confident at your session.

Your session day
Let's have fun! At this point, you have selected your outfits, the hair is done and we are ready to go. I will help you with your poses and getting you at ease in front of the camera. We will work through different groupings of your family and get any 'must have' photos captured. In between, we will capture those genuine moments of your family interacting. Come well rested and hydrated so your personalities shine! If you have littles pack some snacks or treats, a favorite toy or lovey that will help them cooperate.

Gallery delivery
Your online photo gallery of lightly edited, high resolution photos will be delivered to your email within 3 weeks. I always strive to get them to you sooner. I know I anxiously await delivery of my photos so I try to get them back to you as soon as possible. Directly from your gallery, you may order prints, wall art, purchase additional digital files and download any images included in your package. A quick tour of my gallery system and how to use it can be viewed HERE. I am a big believer in printing your photos and I strive to keep print costs low for my clients to support that. Printed and displayed photos provide joy and memories every time you walk into a room and see them. It's an immediate trip back to a moment in time. All prints are created by a professional lab that provides archival quality prints. I hope you will enjoy your photos for years to come!
