A few last holiday moments...


For some families, they like to have their family photos in the fall with the warmer weather and foliage. For others, having a family photos for the holidays that look like the holidays is important. The weather may be a bit more chilly for outside photos but the festive decor around town can be a beautiful backdrop. It may be chilly but the results are well worth it and children can be bribed with hot cocoa! For other families, the festive atmosphere of their own home is the right spot for their holiday photos. Taking your photos by your own tree, decorated fireplace and other special holiday decor is very important. It is creating a time capsule that you will be able to treasure for years to come. I am always honored when folks welcome me into their home and lives to take their family photos.


As we turn the corner to 7 days to the big day, Lisa West Photography is hanging out the Closed shingle until January. I will be using the next few weeks to enjoy the season with my loved ones. It will also give me time to recharge and reenergize for my 2025 sessions. I have a lot of ideas for new offerings for next year and I can't wait to roll them out!
